The Stand for the Dead Campaign (www.standforthedead.com) will be commemorating the lives and stories of those who have died in Darfur in the past 7 years of conflict.
Our hope is to not only honour and remember the victims of the Darfur genocide but also to advocate for those still suffering in the ongoing crisis.

Please join us for the next step in the Stand For the Dead Campaign at the Hart House Circle, University of Toronto, for a candlelight vigil on March 18th at 8pm. Other events will be held at Stand chapters across the country on the same day – please visit www.standcanada.org for more information.

Highlights will include inspirational speakers from the Darfuri community, Stand Canada and humanitarian organizations on the ground and acoustic performances by Erik Alcock and Craig Stickland of We Are The Take.
